This position's primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to patrons by offering a selection of beverages and snacks while they enjoy their rounds of golf. Duties include driving the beverage cart throughout the golf course to offer beverages and snacks to golfers, engaging with golfers in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart including stocking and restocking inventory, accurately recording sales transactions and handling cash and credit card payments, monitoring inventory levels and communicating with management to ensure adequate supply, adhering to all health and safety regulations including proper handling and storage of food and beverages, and assisting with additional tasks such as event setup or other hospitality duties. The role requires the ability to follow instructions, adhere to company policies, and perform duties with energy and enthusiasm. Physical demands include working outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working extended or irregular hours including weekends and holidays. Weekly hours are 20-25 per week (Thursday – Sunday).
