Robert Half's client is looking for an Associate Digital Project Manager for a part-time, ongoing contract opportunity, around 20 hours/week. This position is hybrid ONSITE, 2 days/week in Middlesex County NJ.

We're seeking an Associate Digital Project Manager to join the Experience Design team and help bring marketing campaigns and creative deliverables to life from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with diverse teams, and has a strong eye for detail and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage creative marketing, campaign marketing, and digital projects from intake through delivery/launch
• Route project requests to internal team members and contractor resources based on project scope and availability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Creative, Branding, and Digital Governance teams to execute deliverables
• Track project performance, maintain dashboards, and oversee timely delivery using project management tools
• Develop and maintain full-scale project plans including timelines, scope of work, and communication documentation
• Lead creative brief development with input from internal partners and creative managers
• Ensure marketing deliverables adhere to brand standards
• Support web, SEO, and campaign marketing efforts by collaborating with relevant digital stakeholders
• Review and route creative concepts for feedback and approvals at all project stages
• Generate reports and metrics within project management platforms to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of project management or related experience in a marketing, creative agency, or digital production environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Trello, or similar platforms)
• Ability to write and interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable plans
• Experience working with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners
• High attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
• Experience with QA of creative files, especially for print and digital deliverables, is a plus
• Knowledge of brand governance and website project workflows preferred
