Dispensary Lead - Bud & Rita's Dispensary Join to apply for the Dispensary Lead - Bud & Rita's Dispensary role at Nature's Grace and Wellness, LLC Job Overview The Lead (or Agent in Charge "AIC") assists in overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary. Reporting directly to the Dispensary Manager, the Lead supports staff, ensures compliance, and delivers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Report to assistant manager or manager Be the main contact for the team Ensure team adherence to SOPs and policies Address HR/personnel issues with the assistant manager Maintain compliance with security, inventory, and regulations Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent service Create a welcoming environment for staff and customers Train employees and handle other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Familiarity with point-of-sale systems Attention to detail, organization, patience Ability to multitask and work under pressure Knowledge of cannabis and dispensary operations Effective communication skills Friendly personality Job Requirements 1+ years of cannabis retail experience Lead or management experience preferred Must pass background check Must be 21+ years old with valid ID Availability for varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays Physical Qualifications Bending, lifting up to 50 pounds alone, 75+ pounds with assistance Standing or sitting for long periods Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity.
