With 250-300 deliveries a month, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work and grow in a dynamic environment. What You'll Be Doing: Assess and triage patients >20 weeks using OB acuity tools Monitor labor, evaluate fetal well-being, and support safe deliveries Administer key medications: Pitocin, Mag Sulfate, Labetalol, Insulin, and more Assist in both scheduled and emergency C-sections Provide thorough postpartum and newborn care Support newborns with IVs, meds, screenings, phototherapy, and stabilization What We're Looking For: 2+ years of recent L&D experience in a busy setting Comfortable with larger caseloads and fast-paced environments Skilled in DNC, laceration repair, and newborn care Must-Have Certifications: Active RN license (NM or Compact) BLS (AHA, Red Cross, or American Health & Safety) NRP - hands-on experience required AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Must pass BCA test during week one Bonus if You Have: EPIC charting experience (on-site training available) OR experience and strong newborn care background This assignment is perfect for nurses who thrive under pressure and are passionate about maternal-newborn care.
