Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for interfacing and consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical marijuana products. The General Manager oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensary, including patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control, as directed by the Director of Operations. This position is located at our TGS (The Green Solution) Glendale, CO dispensary. Compensation Pay: $60k-$75k + Bonus + Benefits. This position will remain open for at least one week, until 11/20/2024, but may remain open beyond that date. Major Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all CO cannabis rules and regulations; supervise dispensary staff training and education. Provide management and leadership, monitor all point of sale transactions. Manage patient/customer logs, inventory, and supplies; maintain accurate records. Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts. Develop and oversee privacy policies, security, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA. Direct department managers to achieve goals safely and effectively. Follow operating plans in accordance with state regulations. Maintain records as required by law; ensure quality assurance to prevent dispensing errors. Manage policies for retesting, storage, disposal, and adverse event reporting of medical marijuana products. Implement security systems for tracking, record-keeping, and surveillance of products at all stages. Develop a positive company culture emphasizing quality, teamwork, and high performance. Implement HR policies, conduct investigations, and manage employee relations. Conduct performance reviews, monitor productivity, and implement training programs. Manage talent acquisition, retention, and compensation programs. Maintain facilities conducive to productivity and safety. Communicate company-wide and manage change effectively. Ensure employee safety, wellness, and health. Additional Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands for manual tasks, lift up to 10 pounds, and communicate effectively.
