About the Resort

Situated at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, our 289-room resort offers an elevated desert escape with a 27-hole championship golf course, spa, Olympic-sized pool, and 23,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. This is not just a destination—it's an experience that demands a Human Resources leader ready to curate excellence at every level.

Your Mission

As Human Resources Manager, you are the cultural heartbeat of the resort—leading with empathy, building trust, and driving engagement. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with department leaders to cultivate a team that embodies exceptional service and authentic hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy

• Serve as on-site HR leader, aligning people strategy with business goals
• Guide department leaders through staffing needs, Curator relations, and organizational development
• Reinforce company values and brand culture through every interaction and initiative

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Attract top-tier talent with a commitment to service excellence
• Ensure seamless onboarding experiences and compliance with I-9, E-Verify, and background requirements

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Champion an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture
• Lead investigations, resolve conflicts, and promote fair, consistent performance management
• Recommend and implement strategies to increase engagement, retention, and Curator satisfaction

Training & Compliance

• Coordinate training programs: service standards, safety, compliance
• Ensure certifications, signage, and labor law requirements are up-to-date and enforced
• Maintain accurate, confidential Curator records in line with HR best practices

Benefits Administration & Support

• Act as liaison for benefit programs including 401(k), wellness, and open enrollment
• Assist with timekeeping audits and partner with Corporate HR for payroll accuracy

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are 100% on-site and bring 3+ years of HR leadership experience , ideally in hospitality
• Are a bilingual Spanish speaker (strongly preferred)
• Have knowledge of and/or connections in the Palm Springs market
• Thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• Excel at recruitment, investigations, Curator relations, and engagement strategy
• Are not looking to simply process paperwork—you bring energy, judgment, and solutions to build a better workplace
