Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in providing excellent service and support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, processing orders, and offering product guidance. A solid understanding of HVAC systems, parts, and equipment is essential to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Provide accurate information on HVAC products, pricing, and availability
• Assist customers in selecting the right parts and equipment for their needs
• Process sales orders and quotes efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Work closely with the outside sales team and warehouse staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current on HVAC product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially via email
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, parts, and equipment
• Prior experience in HVAC sales, distribution, or a related technical field preferred
• Proficient with order entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
