This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, work closely with team members across departments and leadership levels, and help shape business process efficiencies through data and collaboration. Position Highlights: Hybrid schedule : In-office 3 days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Leadership-focused : Strong leader mentality and ability to guide discussions and decisions across multiple teams Excellent communication : Must be skilled in both one-on-one conversations and presenting to small and large groups Strong tenure desired : We’re looking for someone ready to invest long-term and grow with the organization Tech-savvy : Proficiency in Visio or Project Management software is a plus Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members across all departments to understand business needs and opportunities Research, document, and analyze current business processes Identify trends and recommend process improvements using a data-driven approach Lead and facilitate meetings to define and modify workflows, including process mapping and documentation Develop and maintain documentation such as business rules, process diagrams, and training materials Understand and incorporate local or regional requirements into broader company processes Extract and analyze data to reveal insights, patterns, and predictive indicators Build consensus and present findings to management with actionable recommendations Partner with application development teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business processes Drive and manage projects from inception to completion, including communication and action planning Facilitate remote and in-person discussions to coordinate improvement efforts Ideal Candidate Traits: Inquisitive and curious, eager to explore unfamiliar areas of the business A strong listener who values feedback and incorporates it into thoughtful recommendations Excellent verbal and written communicator, confident in engaging with all levels of an organization Analytical and data-driven with a knack for identifying root causes and creative solutions Naturally organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively Leadership-oriented, comfortable guiding discussions and leading teams through change Comfortable navigating emotionally charged situations with objectivity and professionalism Enjoys learning through hands-on involvement and real-world experience Qualifications: Proven experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or similar roles Strong project management skills, with ability to see initiatives through from start to finish Familiarity with Visio or other process documentation tools; Project Management software knowledge a plus Lean Six Sigma certification or PMP certification is strongly Willingness to travel up to 30–50% as needed Additional Information: Office is based in West Houston (near I-10 and 610 W Loop N Fwy) What’s in It for You: Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on process and culture Collaborative, supportive team environment Competitive compensation and benefits package (details shared during interview process) Company DescriptionWe offer great compensation, great benefits, room for growth, and a strong team culture.
