Looking to put your coordination skills to work in a role that keeps a fleet of over 2,500 vehicles running safely and smoothly across the U.S.? We're hiring a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator to join our Operations Program team-someone who thrives on organization, loves helping others, and brings a strong focus on safety and compliance.

In this role, you'll support the full life cycle of our fleet operations-from managing inventory and processing invoices to assisting drivers with maintenance, licensing, and everything in between. You'll be the go-to person for fleet questions and will play a key role in cost tracking, vehicle assignments, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain vehicle assignment and cost data in fleet systems
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, maintenance, upfitting, and disposal
• Onboard and support drivers and leaders with fleet operations
• Monitor compliance with DOT and environmental regulations
• Analyze fleet data to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities
• Prepare reports and contribute to strategic planning for replacements and demand

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of coordination or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fleet management tools
• Team-oriented and highly responsive to internal stakeholders

Bonus if you have:

• Associate degree in administration, business, accounting, or related field
• Experience in fleet operations or logistics
