This is a great opportunity for someone with experience or drive to lead, coach, and support a team while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations. As the Sales Porter Lead, you will perform all standard porter duties and play a key role in supervising the porter team, ensuring work quality, and supporting sales and management with logistical coordination. This position moves and cleans vehicles, and helps general sales manager as requested. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Compensation Bonus (monthly) $1.00 per all new and used cars sold. To receive the $1.00 per car sold, you must be employed for the entire month. Shift Differential An extra $1.00 per hour will be earned for hours worked between the hours of 9:00 am Saturday to 9:00 pm Sunday.
