ELECTRICAL SENIOR ESTIMATOR - DATA CENTER

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential electrical subcontractor client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Senior Estimator (Data Center) in Silver Spring, MD.

Electrical Senior Estimator Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Estimator in Silver Spring, MD is between $120,000 and $165,000.

Electrical Senior Estimator Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing assigned projects from start to completion
• Will be required to read blueprints, review bid documents and specifications for accuracy/discrepancies
• Responsible for performing complete take offs and participate in project turn over
• Required to attend scope review meetings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized

Electrical Senior Estimator Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience with an electrical contractor
• Accubid- LiveCount software
• Project experience to include mission critical/ data center, commercial, institutional, healthcare, & airports
• Working knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control
• Ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems
• Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
• Must have stable work history
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Ability to travel to branches as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Necessary

• Journeyman License or Degree
