Role location: Onsite at our Canton, MA facility About the role: As a Statement Processing Associate I, you'll be performing bulk file, cycle set-up and manual statement rendering duties for various banks. What you will be doing: Prepares cycles for manual and/or automated enclosing by sorting rejects, working a direct fine sort report and the manual filing of these rejects. Handles special processing for various banks. Manually renders enclosure and non-enclosure statements for various banks using appropriate marketing inserts and envelopes. Prepares bulk items to be sorted at statement cycle time. Files bulk file items within stationary and movable storage units. Performs physical searches using systems to determine item location for rejects and loose items. Works snag statements before sending to customers. Kicks off image statements at selected data centers, fixes snags and completes function by sending to print. Prepares truncation for pick-up and delivery to an alternate storage site for storage or shredding. Performs necessary quality checks throughout the entire statement/notice job. Answers questions and concerns from various internal and possibly some external customers. What you will need: Capacity to lift and carry trays and envelopes up to 40 pounds. Considerable knowledge of statement processing. Experience operating mail machines. Knowledge to perform calculations on a calculator. Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/clients. The schedule for this position is: Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:30pm EST. Opportunities to receive overtime. Must work one weekend a month. This onsite position is located at our Canton, MA facility.
