Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team for a full-service restaurant concept. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including menu development, cost management, and quality control

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial goals
Handle operational challenges with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 2 years in an executive chef role
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant settings
Proven track record of managing food costs, labor budgets, and overall kitchen operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the restaurant
