Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Sarasota team. In this role, you will provide sales and service support to HVAC contractors by processing orders, answering product inquiries, and recommending solutions that help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with product selection, quotes, and order entry
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately in our sales system
- Promote and support American Standard, Mitsubishi, and HVAC supply products
- Build strong relationships with customers to grow sales and loyalty
- Support the outside sales team with lead follow-up and customer support
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training
- Help manage inventory, showroom displays, and promotional materials
Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience preferred (HVAC experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient with computers and basic CRM/order management systems
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HVAC industry
