Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a Landscape Architect at Scapes, inc, you will be at the forefront of designing and overseeing the implementation of transformative outdoor spaces. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects, from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into creative and sustainable landscape designs.
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects.
• Oversee construction and installation, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Dynascape (Lumion a plus).
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
